The Cube EventCube Event
This is a non-interactive non-timed event. A polystyrene 7cm cube is to be moved from the specified starting position to a new location within the enclosure - the score depends on the final resting position of the cube. The floor is marked with white masking tape and aluminium tape to assist navigation and to define the target areas. A low barrier divides the enclosure.
The Cube Event
There will be two Cube event sites and contestants will be divided between the two sites.

Robots must commence on the ground, at rest, and may be positioned anywhere inside the enclosure. |

Points |
3 points if the cube is touching the masking tape enclosing the starting region. 6 points if the cube is between masking tape and aluminium tape - not touching tape. 9 points if the cube is touching the aluminium tape. 12 points if the cube is fully between the aluminium tape markers. 15 points if the cube is completely within the target area - not touching tape. |
