Registration for the Challenge requires completion and submission of the following documents:
Team Registration form,
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and
Waiver of Liability and Consent for Photographs form which is required to be completed for each participating student.

The Team Registration form provides further confirmation of the school's identity and includes the name of the Team Captain as well as the names of each of the team members. The Registration form also requires each school to provide the name of the school's bank account to ensure that there are no delays in presenting and cashing the cheque in the event that the school is a prize winner.
The MOU is to provide the framework within which specific proposals for cooperation in the development and delivery of projects that may be considered between the Parties. Specifically the Parties identified in the MOU. Each MOU is required to be signed and witnessed by each of the parties prior to the event, and signed copies of the MOU are required to be held by all Parties.
The Waiver of Liability and Consent for Photographs is to be completed and signed by the student's parent or legal guardian. The purpose of this form is to indemnify Codarra Advance Systems for any type of injury, sickness etc. and to give consent to the publication of the student's name, biographical data and photographic representation along with participation in online media communication systems. This form is important and if it is not submitted, you will not be able to participate in the challenge.
